Displays list of recent posts from a category. The ‘category id’ and ‘number of posts’ are configurable through UI. No code edit required.
This is my first k2 sidebar module. Its a quickie ;)
3 Step Installation process:
- Download and Unzip recent_category_posts.zip
- Place ‘recent_category_posts.php’ in (WP ROOT)/public_html/wp-content/themes/k2/app/modules/
- Sorry to disappoint you, but you don’t need step 3 ;)
Usage Instructions:
- Go to ‘Presentation >> k2 Sidebar Manage’ in your Wordpress Admin panel
- Drag drop ‘Recent Category Posts’ on to your sidebar
