its deadly trek.. better not go with freshers… I also had an unsuccessful attempt due to missed trails..no water on the way..we all trekkers were fighting for drop of waters…:)

Hi Friends,
I and few of my friends had been to Dhak – Bahiri Caves yesterday 27th March 2006. It was a thrilling experience. Boys don’t give up, I am sure you can do it but you need to take extreem precautions. Note : Don’t even try climbing the rocks up the cave during the hot sun ( mid afternoon ). The rocks are flaming hot and we did a mistake climbing down the caves at that moment. All have blisters on our hands and feet. We had to chose Heat or life and we chose heat to live. We had no ropes and shoes. When you climb where light cloths, avoid jeens or full slieve T shirts. Short and sando are best for this climb.
The only water source are the 2 water tanks in the top caves.
Carry lots of water when you go for the climb to avoid dehydration.
Best of luck to you all. It is a life time experience.
