Hello Everbody

I just became a member of this forum

Great job by the admin, mods and seriously every member around.

A few days ago I read that there is a treatment for diabetes on www.healthcaredaily.org
Is this way of curing diabetes mentioned actually true, If so I should have found out earlier! The source looks like a reliable healthcare news website

Has anyone tried beating diabetes this way?

Thanks a lot

@Swapnesh: yup sure why not !

@Amit: Nope we thought we would try getting under the waterfall on our way back but it was getting dark and so we didn’t attempt getting there. I did chk it out on our way up and it looked a bit easier than the last time we were there ;-)
Hey I was telling all of them stories of our last trek to Peth-Bhimashankar. Missed you and the historic facts dude.

Peth definitely is an awesome fort. N hence I go there every year especially in the monsoon. Still better is the Peth-Bhimashankar trail, through thick forest and waterfalls all around…. Its just amazing in the rains.

Peth has a unique histroy too. It was very difficult to conquer and hence was of strategic importance to the Marathas. It was a store house of arms ammunition and grocery. The Mughals could conquer it only when a few Mughal sardars in disguise clamberd up the fort and entered in.

The sight atop the fort is also worth a watch. One can see the massive Sahyadri cliffs all around and loads of waterfalls cascading on them! Truely picturesque! :-)

Hey Akshay, did you guys manage to get under that huge waterfall on the way; this time. Its a little risky to get their but its worth the risk! :-)
